A. Acceptance of Terms

By registering, accessing, or utilizing TRIPSETU (operated by Yansh Hotels Pvt Ltd), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. Continued usage of the site signifies binding agreement.

B. Eligibility

Members must be legal adults under Indian legal statutes (18 years or older) and capable of entering into binding legal contracts. Registration requires providing valid identification and payment information.

C. Account Registration

• Individuals are permitted one primary activated account unless authorized by management.
• Registrations require authentic mobile numbers, names, and bank details matching KYC identification.
• A unique Member ID is generated automatically upon completed signup.
• Account holders are solely responsible for maintaining credential secrecy and preventing unauthorized access.

D. Member ID & Sponsor ID

TRIPSETU operates via structured sponsor relationships. Members joining via a unique Sponsor Link are assigned within that sponsor’s referral structure. Transferring, selling, or manipulating Sponsor ID placements is strictly prohibited.

E. ₹2,000 Membership Activation

Membership requires an initial ₹2,000 plan fee processed through authorized gateways. Payment confirmation grants platform access, credited hotel vouchers, and referral eligibility.

F. Hotel Voucher & Benefit Terms

Active members receive a ₹2,000 hotel voucher credited directly to their portal wallet. Vouchers are non-transferable, non-cashable credits redeemable toward eligible hotel stays (up to 20% discount per transaction) across participating properties.

G. Hotel Booking Policies

Hotel bookings—both hourly and overnight stays—are subject to property availability, seasonal rates, and property check-in guidelines. TRIPSETU facilitates bookings but is not directly liable for hotel management standard variations.

H. Referral / Level Reward Structure

The platform configures a 15-tier affiliate level reward scheme based on downline member plan activations:

I. Direct Level Income

Direct Level Income corresponds to Level 1 activations. To prevent double counting on dashboards, Direct Income represents the primary Level 1 bonus metric.

J. Rank & Reward Schedule

Members achieving cumulative team business volume targets unlock one-time rank cash bonuses:

K. Wallet & Balances

User portals separate Hotel Voucher Credits from Withdrawable Referral Earnings. Hotel Voucher balances can only be applied toward stay bookings and cannot be converted to direct cash withdrawals.

L. Payout Withdrawals

Withdrawals require verified PAN and bank details matching user registration names. Processing is subject to applicable TDS deductions and platform administrative charges.

M. Payment Refund & Cancellation

Membership activations are final upon voucher crediting. Failed transactions or duplicate payment requests must be submitted to support within 7 business days for gateway verification and refund processing.

N. Prohibited Conduct

Members must not create duplicate fake accounts, utilize automated registration scripts, misrepresent earnings to third parties, or engage in malicious portal activity.

O. Account Suspension

TRIPSETU reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in policy breaches, fraudulent network manipulation, or illegal conduct without prior notice.

P. Intellectual Property

The TRIPSETU name, logo, software components, and content are protected trademarks of Yansh Hotels Pvt Ltd. Unauthorized commercial reuse is strictly prohibited.

Q. Third-Party Services

Integrations with third-party providers (such as Razorpay and hotel inventory systems) operate under their respective operational policies.

R. Limitation of Liability

Yansh Hotels Pvt Ltd limits liability regarding third-party service outages, network interruptions, or property-level hotel service variations beyond reasonable administrative control.

T. Platform Modifications

Management reserves the right to modify platform utilities, reward configurations, or policies to ensure long-term operational sustainability.

U. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of applicable local courts.
